SVN Marine tiger stripe pattern beret. This beret was obtained from the same person as the SEAL beret listed here. The items were found at a thrift shop in San Diego, so no history on the owner. A size marker in the liner says 58. Excellent condition.
South Vietnamese Marine tiger pattern utility cap. Two vent holes on either side. Black cloth liner with maker’s label. Maker is Thanh-Phat, with a handwritten size label of 57. Does not appear to have been worn. Super rare piece.
South Vietnamese made black SEAL beret. Nice bullion seal insignia, of typical high quality. Also attached to the beret is a nice brass U.S. Navy SEAL insignia pinned on. Not sure why it is on there and I probably should have removed it but I leave that to you as a bonus, as this was how the beret was found at a thrift shop with the other tigerstripe beret listed here. SEAL berets are super, super rare. Foil maker’s label inside, with Tan-Mai (2) and address, and a size marker of 56. Excellent condition.
Super rare Tiger stripe (Tigerstripe) flightsuit/coveralls. This is the very, very rare zig-zag pattern. The set has some light fade to it but has no tears or holes. The zipper is marked YKK. There are 2 chest pockets, waist take up snaps, 2 pants pockets on the front and 1 rear pockets. The armpits measure 40” and the inseam is about a 24.5”. I have only seen a total of 2 of these zig zag sets in over 20 years of collecting.
